Key Responsibilities:
• Track and manage assets subject to the Civil Forfeiture Act
• Oversee service of legal documents on respondents
• Maintain accurate financial records related to asset management
• Ensure compliance with government policies and procedures
• Represent the CFO in asset management discussions
Requirements:
• Two-year diploma plus four years related experience
• Understanding of civil forfeiture legislation
• Experience with procurement and service compliance
• Proficiency with specialized software applications
• Ability to obtain a security clearance
