As an Insurance Training Specialist, you will work alongside business partners to create training programs using effective instructional methods. Your expertise will ensure engaging delivery and promote continuous learning in insurance for our 2.5M+ members. This position requires a robust foundation in training development and delivery, alongside an understanding of the insurance industry.

Key Responsibilities:



• Develop training programs in collaboration with insurance partners • Present engaging information using diverse instructional methods • Stay updated on industry trends and training practices • Utilize Articulate Storyline and Camtasia for material creation • Enhance knowledge retention through innovative educational techniques

Requirements: • Post-secondary degree/diploma and interest in Adult Education certification • Minimum 5 years in insurance roles (broker, agent, etc.) • 5+ years in training development and delivery • Robust communication skills, both written and verbal • Analytical skills and French proficiency are assets
