The Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) is looking for a dedicated Scientific Associate to join the Laboratory of Behavioural Neuroendocrinology. This full time, 12-month contract involves substantial contributions to research on cognitive aging and neurodegenerative disease. You will apply skills in epidemiology, health data science, and secondary data analysis while working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to push the boundaries of women's health.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute research projects on brain health • Conduct statistical analysis and data interpretation • Integrate SGBA+ principles into all research activities • Prepare scientific manuscripts and grant applications • Collaborate with teams for effective project execution
Requirements: • PhD in Epidemiology, Neuroscience, or related field • Minimum one year postdoctoral experience required • Expertise in secondary data analysis and complex datasets • Proficiency in analytical tools like R or Python • Proven experience in women's health research
