This full time, permanent role supports the CFO in executing finance functionality within Covenant House Toronto. You will lead a Finance team while implementing systems that improve efficiency and data accuracy through tools like NetSuite and Power BI. Your focus will be on fostering cooperative relationships to boost decision support and operational visibility across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:



• Lead and mentor the Finance team for stakeholder engagement • Champion change management in systems and processes • Develop Power BI dashboards for financial insights • Support cash flow management for a $200M redevelopment • Oversee compliance for government funding agreements

Requirements: • CPA designation and relevant Bachelor's degree required • 8–12+ years of progressive finance experience • Familiarity with NetSuite, Power BI, and automation tools • Experience in not-for-profit or multi-program settings • Robust analytical and communication skills
