Take on a vital role as Program Supervisor at Enviros' ExCel Discovery. This six-month contract focuses on supervising staff and supporting youth in a transformative program.
As a key leader, you will supervise up to 12 staff members and collaborate with community partners in Alberta's first Open Custody group home. Your role includes maintaining accreditation standards, managing documentation, and ensuring effective operations follow Enviros policies. A blend of solid communication and detailed organizational skills will be essential in guiding youth towards successful community integration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise team of staff up to 12 individuals
• Ensure all accreditation standards are met




• Oversee staff performance evaluations and training
• Maintain documentation and case management
• Manage client support and house safety
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Human Services field
• Experienced in supervising staff
• Knowledge of Youth Criminal Justice Act preferred
• CPR and first aid certification required
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license needed
