Job Overview:

Seeking an experienced Business Analyst to help deliver creative technology solutions that improve public transit operations. This role combines business analysis with product ownership, working closely with stakeholders and Agile development teams to deliver high-impact software products.

Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
Create user stories, use cases, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
Manage and prioritize the product backlog based on business value.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and QA teams throughout the Agile lifecycle.
Lead requirement workshops, sprint planning, UAT, and stakeholder demonstrations.
Identify process improvements and recommend technology solutions.
Monitor product performance and drive continuous enhancements.

Required Skillset:
Business Analysis & Product Ownership.
Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence.
Requirements gathering & documentation.




Solid stakeholder management and communication skills.

Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Transportation, or a related discipline.
CBAP, CSPO, or similar certifications are an asset.

Shift:
Hybdrid- Toronto ON ( 3 Days Onsite )
