Your main responsibilities will include applying fiberglass to various products, preparing molds, and conducting inspections for quality assurance. Key Responsibilities:
• Apply fiberglass using specialized laminating equipment
• Assemble and inspect finished fiberglass products
• Read production drawings and prepare necessary molds




• Conduct inspections and repairs on fiberglass items
• Use hand tools and spray equipment effectively
Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years experience in fiberglass laminating
• Experience with fiberglass spray tools is a must
• Know-how in woodworking and forklift operation preferred
• Solid problem-solving and prioritization skills
• Must be able to handle heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks
