You will serve as a pivotal leader, reporting to the Executive Director and managing operations for services like Interventional Psychiatry and Youth Services. Your role emphasizes collaboration with medical leadership and steering quality-driven initiatives that enhance service delivery and patient engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead operational and strategic initiatives for patient care
• Empower teams through workforce planning and qualified growth
• Collaborate to drive system integration and improve service flow
• Oversee financial operations ensuring accountability
• Utilize data to inform strategies and improve quality
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in health services management or relevant area
• 10 years in healthcare, including 5 in a management role
• Experience in co-design and evaluation of healthcare programs
• Robust understanding of budget management and clinical services
• Leadership background in mental health systems preferred
