Job Title: Assistant Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Who we are looking for:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a background in the web industry to join our team as an Assistant to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO). This role requires someone who can manage multiple tasks efficiently, has a strong understanding of web development processes, and is skilled in communication. Fluency in both English and French is required. Graphem offers this position as a work-from-home opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage email and communication flow to and from the CTO, ensuring timely responses and updates
Support the CTO in coordinating and managing project delivery
Assist in tracking progress, deadlines,



and resources for web development projects
Help ensure that project timelines and budget are met
Communicate with internal teams and clients to provide updates and resolve any issues
Organize and maintain project documentation and schedules

Qualifications:
Solid organizational and time-management skills.
Background in the web development industry and strong knowledge of processes and terminology
Excellent communication skills
Experience in executive support, communications, or coordination roles
Comfortable with various software tools and quick to learn recent platforms
Ability to prioritize, simplify complex information, and work autonomously
Discreet, reliable, and proactive
Fluency in both English and French

Schedule & Salary are to be discussed. (7am PST to 12 pm PST minimum)
