You will handle trade reviews and navigate high-pressure client interactions, driving seamless resolutions in collaboration with Compliance and Risk.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily operations of your Investment Representatives pod
• Conduct side-by-side coaching and performance assessments
• Handle complex client situations and trade resolutions




• Support the internal certification pipeline for representatives
• Collaborate with Trading and Compliance leadership on process improvements
Requirements:
• Proven leadership experience in a regulated financial setting
• In-depth knowledge of wealth management and trading strategies
