As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you'll report to the Director of Care and work closely with an interdisciplinary team. You will deliver high-quality, patient-focused nursing care that upholds dignity and well-being. Applicants should be prepared to conduct assessments, develop care plans, and support resident transitions while ensuring compliance with nursing regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with care teams using person-centered approaches
• Conduct accurate resident assessments and maintain documentation
• Implement and evaluate care plans with necessary adjustments
• Assist with transitions including move-ins and discharges
• Respond to significant changes in residents' health
Requirements:
• Current LPN registration in British Columbia
• Experience in senior or long-term care preferred
• Solid communication and clinical skills
• Current CPR and First Aid certification
• Willingness to complete a Vulnerable Sector Check
