With over 8 years of experience required, you’ll manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and facilitate communications. Key Responsibilities: • Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior leaders • Manage complex and changing executive calendars • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas,



and follow up on actions • Prepare correspondence, presentations, and reports • Support special projects and business initiatives as assigned

Requirements: • 8+ years as an Executive Assistant in a corporate environment • Manage complex schedules and confidential information • Proven event planning and project management skills • High proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications • Ability to build relationships with stakeholders effectively
