As the in office lead, you’ll manage all aspects of the Fan Access Game Day Experience Program, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional guest interactions. This contract role until June 2027 requires solid leadership, communication, and organizational skills in a vibrant workplace. You'll work nights and weekends, embodying the spirit of fan engagement at every game.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee Fan Access experiences at home games
• Lead briefings for Fan Access ambassadors
• Manage guest check-ins and escorts effectively
• Troubleshoot issues for a seamless experience
• Conduct planning sessions pre and post-event
Requirements:
• Experience in event operations or guest services
• Strong team leadership in live event settings
