The Company is seeking a Vice President for Portfolio Management to play a pivotal role in shaping and leading the organization's approach to overseeing, evaluating, and driving performance across its group of companies. The successful candidate will work closely with subsidiary CEOs, Boards, and key stakeholders to define and support priority initiatives, including the launch of new subsidiaries or programs. and capable of distilling complex issues into actionable insights to support executive and Board decision-making.

The ideal candidate will be a commercially minded leader with a robust background in overseeing complex portfolios and governance structures, bringing a blend of strategic perspective and hands-on approach to the role. They should be adept at managing performance, risk, and value across diverse assets, and be able to influence, intervene, or step back as needed. Strong analytical capability, pragmatic leadership, and the ability to inspire confidence through clear judgment and thoughtful communication are essential. The role also involves strengthening internal capability, mentoring team members, and embedding a systematic approach to active asset management across the organization.
