About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for Portfolio Management to play a pivotal role in shaping and leading the organization's approach to overseeing, evaluating, and driving performance across its group of companies. This senior leadership position is at the core of the company's mandate as an active asset manager, with a focus on establishing clear frameworks for performance, governance, and reporting. and capable of distilling complex issues into actionable insights to support executive and Board decision-making.

They should be adept at managing performance, risk, and value across diverse assets, and be able to influence, intervene, or step back as needed. Strong analytical capability, pragmatic leadership, and the ability to inspire confidence through clear judgment and thoughtful communication are essential. The role also involves strengthening internal capability, mentoring team members, and embedding a systematic approach to active asset management across the organization.
