Join Tk’emlúps te Secwépemc as a Crisis Team Clinical Supervisor, directing change and community mental wellness. This full-time role prioritizes leadership in crisis response and effective team management.
The Clinical Lead/Team Supervisor for TteS plays an instrumental role in providing clinical guidance and operational support to the Crisis Response Team. Your work ensures that interventions are culturally aligned and grounded in Secwepemc community values. You will mentor team members and facilitate critical partnerships to improve service efficacy in crisis situations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee clinical leadership and crisis response activities
• Mentor and support team members throughout their work
• Facilitate case consultations and community engagement initiatives




• Collect and evaluate program data to enhance crisis services
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and qualified guidelines
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Nursing, or similar
• At least 5 years of relevant crisis experience
• Familiarity with Indigenous community and healing approaches
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s Licence
• Criminal Record Check – Vulnerable Sector necessary
