• Provide friendly assistance to customers in person and over the phone
• Actively listen to customers and identify their concerns
• Prepare detailed work orders and explain costs
• Manage service appointment schedules
• Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations
Requirements:
• Knowledge of automotive mechanics required
• Strong problem-solving skills in challenging situations
• Ability to work various shifts as needed
• Valid driver’s license for employment
• Valuable working knowledge of COSTAR is an asset
