What you’ll be doing
- Build and grow Wood Gundy client portfolios through dedicated relationship management, trusted investment advice, and exceptional client service.
- Work closely with Investment Advisors to manage portfolios and develop new business.
- Directly engage with high‑net‑worth clients to offer support, uncover business opportunities, and proactively improve the client experience.
- Work on‑site full‑time, Monday through Friday.
- Expected annualized base salary range: $50,840 to $59,350. Compensation includes participation in an annual discretionary incentive or bonus program.

- Focus on each client’s experience and connect on a personal level to make every interaction meaningful.
- Anticipate client needs and communicate promptly with your team to build trust and deepen client relationships.
- Identify activities, processes, and opportunities to improve the client experience.
- Proactively identify business opportunities for your team and support business development activities with Investment Advisors.
- Build investment plans based on client profiles, goals, and risk/reward tolerance.
- Enhance CIBC brand awareness by attending local events and participating in marketing and outreach activities.
- Grow your network to create lasting connections that generate future opportunities.
Who you are
- Bilingual: fluent in French and English speaking and writing.
- Certified skilled with current accreditation and in good standing as an Investment Representative (IR) with CIRO‑ID.
- Experience in the financial services and/or brokerage industry with working knowledge of quotation equipment.
- Client‑first mindset, dedicated to finding the right solutions and going the extra mile.
- Motivated to succeed, driven by accomplishing goals and delivering best results.
- Strong critical‑thinking skills and attention to detail.
- Values of trust, teamwork, and accountability.
