Key Responsibilities:
• Define and implement ATE test solutions for Silicon Photonics products • Develop characterization and manufacturing test plans • Collaborate with Product Development Engineering and DFT teams • Partner with OSAT/test vendors on ATE infrastructure • Drive yield enhancement and cost reduction efforts
Requirements: • Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical/Computer Engineering • 8+ years of ATE Test Development Experience • Proficient in Python or Java scripting • Experience with ATE test programs for OSAT • Data analysis abilities using tools like Excel
