In this role, you will conduct KYC Refresh due diligence and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. As a key team member, your expertise will guide the KYC processes for low, medium, and high-risk clients across multiple regions, including Canada, the US, UK, and Asia Pacific. You will also oversee training and ensure documentation meets local requirements while managing escalations effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct KYC Refresh due diligence and reviews
• Act as subject matter expert on KYC policies




• Respond to information requests from Front Office partners
• Perform Quality Control checks on various business units
• Collaborate globally to improve data quality approaches
Requirements:
• 1-2 years KYC/AML experience in Capital Markets
• BA/BS or equivalent education
• Knowledge of global Regulatory requirements
• Familiarity with Capital Markets products
• Experience with MS Excel, Access, and SharePoint
