Senior Accountant Job Description:

Our client, a manufacturing company, is seeking a Senior Accountant to join their team. The Senior Accountant will oversee accounting operations and provide strategic financial guidance. Responsibilities: Lead month-end close activities and prepare accurate financial statements. Manage the budgeting and forecasting process. Conduct financial analysis to provide insights into business performance. Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies. Assist with the preparation of annual operating budgets. Provide guidance and support to junior accounting staff. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on special projects. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA designation preferred 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing Solid analytical and communication skills Leadership experience is a plus Versatile work arrangements, including work from home options
