Successful candidates will participate in a paid 11-week Induction Training Program. Required knowledge and skills include an understanding of the Canadian criminal justice system,
human behaviour, risk assessment, decision‑making, and the ability to interpret and apply legislation, policies, and procedures. Candidates must possess a valid Saskatchewan Class 5 Driver's Licence (or equivalent), valid First Aid and CPR/AED certification, and education in social sciences, law enforcement, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. A satisfactory medical evaluation is required.
