Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end product design from discovery to launch.

Create user journeys, wireframes, high-fidelity UI designs, interactive prototypes, and detailed design specifications.

Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, Data Analysts, and Business Stakeholders to deliver exceptional user experiences.

Utilize AI-powered design tools to accelerate research, ideation, and design workflows.

Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze customer feedback to drive design improvements.

Build and maintain scalable design systems while ensuring accessibility (WCAG) compliance.

Partner closely with engineering teams to ensure seamless design implementation.

Facilitate design workshops, reviews, and cross-functional collaboration.

Mentor junior designers and contribute to building a solid design culture.

Stay updated on emerging design trends, AI-driven experiences, and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

8+ years of experience in Product Design, UX Design, or Interaction Design.





Solid portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design and measurable business impact.

Experience designing enterprise applications, SaaS platforms, or complex digital products.

Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or similar design tools.

Experience using AI-powered design and productivity tools.

Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, visual design, information architecture, and accessibility standards.

Hands-on experience with user research, usability testing, and data-driven design.

Experience working in Agile environments with cross-functional teams.

Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.

Understanding of design-to-development workflows and collaboration with engineering teams.

Experience designing AI-powered products or conversational interfaces.

Product strategy and roadmap planning experience.

Experience mentoring designers and leading design initiatives.
