This full time role is perfect for an HR skilled with a strong background in Food & Beverage Manufacturing. Your expertise will be key in guiding HR functions such as recruitment, leadership development, and training programs. You will work closely with various teams to implement initiatives promoting a positive work workplace, ensuring the focus on both people and organizational success.

Key Responsibilities:



• Provide leadership in HR guidance for all employees • Advise on employee performance and absenteeism issues • Lead recruitment strategies and onboarding processes • Facilitate culture-building committees and events • Innovate HR initiatives to enhance employee experience

Requirements: • Minimum of 3 years in a generalist HR role • Education in Human Resources or related field • Strong prioritization and organizational skills • Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills • BCDL and vehicle access for work commuting
