As a Health Care Aide, you will work under the direction of a Nurse, assisting Residents with daily living activities and promoting independence. Key responsibilities include establishing therapeutic relationships, maintaining Residents’ rights, and documenting care details. Your compassionate approach will contribute significantly to the well-being of each Resident.

Key Responsibilities: • Provide individualized care based on Resident care plans • Assist Residents with bathing, dressing,



and mobility needs • Support Residents in social and recreational activities • Monitor Residents’ symptoms and report changes to nursing staff • Document care activities accurately before shift end

Requirements: • Graduation from a recognized Health Care Aide program • Ability to communicate effectively in English • Physical capability to perform job duties • Work effectively in a team setting • Demonstrate kindness and patience
