Key Responsibilities:
• Create engaging lesson plans and evaluations • Develop course content and materials for adult learners • Facilitate live synchronous sessions via Zoom • Utilize Desire2Learn for communication and resources • Oversee and assess student activities and assignments
Requirements: • Minimum 3 years relevant industry experience • Preferred post-secondary teaching background • Proficiency in Learning Management Systems • Adult learning certificate advantageous • Expertise in specific technology areas required
