Your role will involve collaborating with the Project Manager, managing subcontractor performance, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Engage with field staff, clients, and stakeholders to foster robust relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
• Communicate field reports and safety inspections • Oversee subcontractor safety and scope of work • Ensure proper staffing for safety and schedule goals • Identify design deficiencies and project issues • Administer contracts and change notices
Requirements: • Five or more years in supervision for wood-frame projects • Proven leadership from pre-construction to completion • Relationship-building skills with clients and vendors • Experience with larger project scopes • Track record of promoting a positive site culture
