Enhance residency training programs as a Coordinator for Program Administrators at the University of Saskatchewan. This role focuses on mentorship, guidance, and consistent training for PGME staff.

In the College of Medicine, this position reports to the Associate Dean, PGME, and requires collaboration with residency Program Administrators across various locations. You will develop training resources, provide mentorship, and ensure a standardized approach to administration across PGME programs. Your role will also include contract development and financial oversight regarding residency programs.

Key Responsibilities:



• Liaise with Program Administrators for training and support • Update and enhance Program Administrator orientation processes • Co-Chair the PGME Program Administrator Advisory Committee • Provide mentorship through one-on-one meetings • Ensure program consistency aligning with accreditation standards

Requirements: • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience • Minimum three years in a university setting • Knowledge of Postgraduate Medical Education policies • Solid analytical and communication skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office and SharePoint
