In this senior role, you will report to Noah Warder, VP of People & Culture. Your leadership will guide the P&C; team in translating strategic objectives into impactful policies. A focus on DEIB initiatives and driving cultural excellence is key to positioning Accent Inns as a top choice for talent in the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities: • Manage recruitment processes and talent acquisition strategies • Develop and implement performance review cycles • Champion DEIB strategies and monitor their progress • Build partnerships with Regional Managers and Directors • Oversee HR metrics and reporting systems
Requirements: • Proven experience in HR leadership roles • Solid knowledge of DEIB best practices • Experience with performance management systems • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills • Ability to travel between properties frequently
