In this hybrid role based in Burnaby, BC, you'll report to the Training Program Manager and work closely with a team to translate complex concepts into explicit, accessible training materials. Your expertise in machine vision will aid in developing programs for various delivery methods while addressing the needs of our staff and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop training courses and curricula for diverse formats • Conduct training needs analysis and design learning paths • Interview Subject Matter Experts for content development • Recommend evolving training methods and best practices • Gather and analyze feedback from trainers and trainees
Requirements: • Experience in Machine Vision industry • Proficiency in instructional design and needs analysis • Robust communication skills and curiosity for innovation • Post-secondary education in relevant fields • Familiarity with collaboration tools like Google Suite
