Lead your team to success as an Agile Scrum Master with Canada Life in the Business PMO division. Your role focuses on coaching in Scrum methodologies and optimizing project delivery.
As a permanent full-time Scrum Master, you will support the team through servant leadership principles to foster collaboration and understanding. You will guide team members on Agile practices and work item prioritization while ensuring transparent communication with stakeholders. Your aim is to nurture a trusting environment that encourages continuous development and improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coach teams on using Scrum and Agile frameworks
• Conduct cooperative sessions and ensure effective Scrum events




• Partner with the Product Owner for product goal development
• Assist in impediment removal to maintain focus
• Enable self-organization and transparency through reporting
Requirements:
• 3+ years' experience in Scrum Master role
• Proven experience in Agile practices and team coaching
• Solid communication skills for complex ideas
• Scrum Master certification required (CSM or PSM)
• Reliability Status Security Clearance needed
