As a key player in the Personal Insurance Portfolio Management team, you will co-lead the analytical efforts to support Definitys strategic goals. Reporting to the VP, you’ll oversee portfolio performance monitoring, insight generation, and forecasting while guiding a high-performing team. Collaborate with senior stakeholders to develop actionable insights that inform decisions and enhance overall performance.

Key Responsibilities:



• Oversee continuous monitoring of Personal Insurance portfolio performance • Direct actionable insights generation through impactful analysis • Champion analytical curiosity and proactive trend identification • Translate findings into data-driven recommendations for stakeholders • Design a centralized operational workflow for the analyst team

Requirements: • University degree in a relevant field, such as Finance or Economics • 7+ years in analytics, portfolio management, or insurance performance analysis • Proven leadership experience in developing analytical teams • Solid analytical and problem-solving capabilities • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
