Ledcor is on the lookout for skilled Apprentice and Journeyperson Pipefitters in Alberta to support major shutdowns. This role plays a critical role in maintaining protected and effective operations during urgent outages.
As part of the Ledcor team, you will participate in high-intensity shutdown and turnaround projects across industrial facilities. This position requires proficiency in executing various piping scopes, adapting to agile schedules, and collaborating with a large multi-trade workforce. Key Responsibilities:
• Execute shutdown and turnaround piping tasks accurately
• Perform line breaks, flange management, and valve work
• Interpret isometric drawings and P&IDs; effectively
• Support critical path activities adapting to schedule changes
• Collaborate with multi-trade teams on project demands
Requirements:
• Registered Apprentice or Journeyperson certification
• Experience in shutdowns or outage maintenance
• Capability to read isometric drawings and P&IDs;
• Willingness to work extended shifts during shutdowns
• Commitment to safety and procedural adherence
