Key Responsibilities:



• Oversee financial management and reporting to the Board • Recommend external auditors and secure annual financial audits • Meet annually with auditors and present findings • Serve on the Executive Committee and promote organizational goals • Orient current Treasurer and provide financial insights

Requirements: • Experience in nonprofit governance or financial oversight • Solid financial literacy and budgeting skills • Interest in mental health or crisis response • Ability to navigate sensitive discussions • Commitment to the values and mission of the organization
