Job Responsibilities Facilitate Agile ceremonies for multiple Data & Analytics product teams.

Maintain prioritized and sprint-ready backlogs in Azure Dev

Ops.

Ensure clear, measurable, and achievable sprint commitments.

Track and communicate sprint progress, risks, and impediments.

Drive continuous improvement through actionable retrospectives.

Coordinate across product teams to manage dependencies and delivery alignment.

Promote and reinforce Agile best practices and team accountability.

Provide visibility into team capacity, velocity, and delivery predictability.

Requirements 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Lead in a delivery environment.

Proven experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies.

Hands-on experience using Azure Dev

Ops.

Experience managing Agile backlogs in collaboration with Product Owners.

Ability to support multiple concurrent teams and manage competing priorities.

Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.

Post-secondary education in Business, Information Technology, or related discipline.





Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM I), or equivalent Agile certification.

Preferences Experience supporting Data & Analytics, BI, or data platform teams.

Familiarity with Azure-based analytics platforms.

Exposure to environments with multiple product teams and shared resources.

Experience scaling Agile practices across multiple teams or portfolios.

Understanding of data delivery challenges.

Advanced Agile certifications or training in Agile coaching, facilitation, or Lean practices.

Microsoft Azure fundamentals or data/analytics-related certifications.

Work hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with flexibility for overtime.

This is a hybrid role requiring the candidate to be located in Saskatchewan.
