Maintenance
Coordinator you will be supportingour Mechanical and Field Operations.
This role is responsibletomaintainand oversee the Electronic Logging Device (ELD) system,Geotab,creating and trackingwork orders inEZOffice
Inventory, ordering parts for mechanics, andmaintainingan accurateand up-to-date parts inventory.
Key Responsibilities Maintain and overseethe Electronic Logging Device (ELD) system,Geotab, ensuringaccurateand up-to-date records for all fleet vehicles.
Ensureall fleet operationscomply withlocal, provincial, and federal regulations, including safety standards and environmental guidelines.
Generate and distribute reports on vehiclemaintenance needs, driver behavior,fuel usage, fleet expenseanalysisandtrip reports.
Troubleshoot
Geotabdevice issues and coordinate with support as needed.
Ensure that vehicles are properly insured and plates are renewed on time.
Create andassignwork orders for vehicle and equipmentmaintenance.
Track progress and ensuretimelycompletion of service tasks.
Maintain detailedrecords of service history and asset status Assistin scheduling preventative maintenance and inspections.
Source and order parts and suppliesrequiredfor mechanical repairs Maintainoptimalinventory levels to support ongoing operations.
Receive,labeland organize incoming parts and supplies.
