prioritizeand stay focusedin a fastmoving environment Proficiencywithcomputer systems, financial toolsand learningnew technologies Preferredqualifications: Experience in agricultural lending or farm financial analysis Familiarity with lending legislation, loansecurityor mortgage processes Knowledge of FCC products, Allianceprogramsor credit adjudication Previouswork in a callcentreor highvolume customer environment Strong comfort navigating difficult conversations (collections, declines) Not sure you meet every requirement?
