In this key role, youll serve as the vital link connecting our Sales, Detail, and Service teams.

Youll manage shop dispatching, ensure work orders are executed flawlessly, coach apprentice technicians, and keep our vehicle inventory moving fast all while delivering top-tier internal customer service.

Repair Orders Warranty coverage confirmation: Work with the technicians to ensure proper warranty coverages, inspect for labour times and lop coverages, ensure deductibles are applied Internal Account Management: Create and manage work orders for used inventory, internal repairs, and accessory installations.

Rapid Recon Leadership: Keep Rapid Recon updated continuously to maintain real-time tracking across all departments.

Process Knowledge: Stay up to date on the latest automotive products, policies, and procedures to ensure top-tier performance.

What You Bring to the Table (Requirements) Experience: 23 years of automotive industry experience or a similar operational/dispatch role is a robust asset.

Automotive Know-How: Solid understanding of automotive systems,



repair orders, and shop processes.

High Energy & Attitude: A positive, professional personality with a strong drive to hit targets and solve problems on the fly.

Valid Drivers License: Must hold a valid drivers license with an acceptable, clean driving record.
