In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a variety of electrical systems that are essential for patient care. Working from Tuesday to Saturday, you’ll interpret blueprints, prepare materials, and execute electrical work in adherence to safety standards. Key Responsibilities:
• Install and maintain electrical systems supporting healthcare operations • Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues efficiently • Perform preventative and predictive maintenance as required • Review blueprints and specifications for project requirements • Ensure compliance with relevant codes and safety standards
Requirements: • Certificate of Apprenticeship as a journeyman Electrician • 2 years of recent related experience preferred • Class B Field Safety Representative Certificate may be needed • Valid Class 5 BC Driver’s License required • Motivated to ensure safety and reliability in facilities
