Become a key player in manufacturing reliability as a Reliability Engineer applying LEAN methodologies. Help improve processes and enhance efficiency across the plant.

You will work under the Reliability Manager, focusing on improving and developing manufacturing equipment. This role encompasses leading improvement initiatives, validating processes with the Reliability team, and applying continuous improvement techniques. You will also review recent equipment designs and oversee necessary modifications.

Key Responsibilities: • Lead initiatives for manufacturing process improvement • Validate equipment and processes effectively • Oversee commissioning of current and upgraded equipment • Implement Six Sigma methodologies to enhance processes • Manage safety reviews for any equipment alterations

Requirements: • Engineering degree or Technologist Diploma required • 3–5 years in engineering, preferably in food manufacturing • Advanced skills in MS Office and AutoCAD • Solid problem-solving and analytical capabilities • Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles
