As a Scientist at Fusion Pharmaceuticals, you will play a crucial role in developing manufacturing and analytical processes. Successful candidates will possess a robust foundation in radiochemistry and multi-tasking abilities. Reporting to the Associate Director of Process Development, you'll be integral in ensuring therapeutic processes are validated and effective.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute laboratory tasks for alpha therapies
• Analyze and report data findings to project teams
• Oversee technology transfer of processes to internal and external teams
• Develop key documentation for new procedures
• Participate in validation for clinical manufacturing methods
Requirements:
• Minimum MS degree with 5+ years' experience
• Background in radiopharmaceutical manufacturing
• Experience with automated synthesis preferred
• Robust knowledge of radiation safety standards
• Proven communication and team collaboration skills
