Key Responsibilities:



• Operate and maintain HVAC systems and BAS • Perform routine inspections on mechanical and electrical systems • Troubleshoot HVAC issues in facilities • Update preventive maintenance logs and schedules • Conduct minor repairs and oversee vendors for maintenance

Requirements: • Minimum 3 years in building operations or skilled trade • Post-secondary technical training preferred • Robust interpersonal and communication skills • BES certification or working towards it preferred • Valid driver's license and ability to lift 50 lbs
