CoreAqua is seeking a proactive Health & Safety Coordinator with 3–5 years of construction safety experience. This role involves working closely with site teams, leading incident investigations, and conducting audits across various projects. You will contribute to fostering a solutions-oriented safety culture while supporting the Joint Health and Safety Committee (JHSC).

Key Responsibilities:



• Collaborate with site teams on hazard identification • Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis • Conduct thorough site inspections and hazard assessments • Deliver safety training and toolbox talks to teams • Ensure compliance with Ontario Occupational Health and Safety Act
