Key Responsibilities:
• Define and execute the global GTM strategy for Workforce Planning solutions
• Manage and mentor Workforce Planning Advisory Consultants
• Establish best practices for customer engagements and consulting methodology




• Oversee cross-organizational collaboration for successful implementations
• Represent Visier in executive engagements, aligning stakeholder objectives
Requirements:
• 10+ years in Workforce Planning or management consulting
• Proven success in leading enterprise-scale software solutions
• Solid knowledge of Strategic Workforce Planning principles
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Willingness to travel up to 25% to key customer sites
