Strategic Enrolment Intelligence Analyst

to cover maternity leave.

In this role, you will serve as a key institutional resource for strategic enrolment intelligence, providing advanced statistical analysis, business intelligence, and research expertise to support university planning and decision-making. You will analyze complex data related to student recruitment, admissions, retention, enrolment, progression, graduation, scheduling, and student success, helping the university better understand trends, opportunities, and emerging challenges.

Using data from multiple institutional and external sources, you will develop reports, dashboards, forecasts, and research studies that support executive leadership, faculties, committees, and administrative units. You will also lead environmental scans, benchmarking studies, and analytical projects that inform strategic enrolment management, academic planning, and institutional priorities.





This position is ideal for someone who enjoys blending statistical analysis, research, storytelling with data, and stakeholder collaboration to drive evidence-based decision-making and continuous improvement across the university.
