With 2-5 years of full cycle Accounts Payable experience, particularly in construction, you will guide the team in operational processes. Your proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAP is essential to manage vendor accounts and develop training materials effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide guidance on A/P operational procedures
• Enter invoices accurately into SAP
• Manage supplier account reconciliations




• Create various A/P reports for analytics
• Collaborate with A/P and A/R teams on accounts
Requirements:
• College Diploma or University Degree (Accounting preferred)
• 2-5 years A/P experience in dynamic environments
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Familiarity with SAP FICO module
• High attention to detail with robust organizational skills
