As a Sexual Violence Prevention Educator, you will spearhead comprehensive educational strategies at the University of British Columbia. Your key responsibilities will include developing training programs, coordinating outreach events, and collaborating with faculty and students to integrate effective prevention education. Your role is pivotal in promoting a protected educational environment and implementing UBC's Sexualized Violence and Sexual Misconduct Policy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop a campus-wide sexual violence prevention education strategy
• Create and implement educational training plans for the UBC community
• Provide training on UBC's Sexual Misconduct Policies
• Design tailored training materials for various audiences
• Coordinate projects and events related to sexual violence prevention
Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline
• Minimum five years of related experience
• Commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in program evaluation and development
