Join a team at VHA Home HealthCare, one of Ontario's largest not-for-profit providers, where your nursing skills will support children up to 25 years of age. You will administer medications, manage complex medical needs, and deliver personalized care in family-oriented settings. Experience in central line care and wound care will be highly valuable in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess health needs and develop individualized care plans
• Administer medications including injections and IV therapy




• Monitor patients and perform ongoing assessments
• Provide assistance with personal care, including hygiene needs
• Participate in on-call rotation for urgent patient needs
Requirements:
• Registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• RPN diploma or RN degree required
• Valid First Aid or CPR Certification
• Access to a reliable vehicle for travel
• Experience in pediatric care beneficial
