Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and triage all mental health service referrals
• Liaise with community providers for streamlined services
• Monitor intake service and patient flow regularly




• Provide direction on referral pathways and procedures
• Offer limited clinical service including assessments
Requirements:
• Experience as an Intake Coordinator in mental health
• Robust knowledge of referral processes and community resources
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 16:30
