As a seasoned Occupational Therapist, you will engage with clients experiencing severe mental health issues and support them through comprehensive assessments and tailored rehabilitation programs. Your role will also involve collaborating with a dedicated interdisciplinary team to ensure clients receive coordinated and effective care. By focusing on strength identification and social skill development, you will help clients regain their work readiness and self-efficacy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist clients in achieving personal and skilled goals




• Perform thorough psychological and functional assessments
• Provide psychosocial support in a cooperative setting
• Keep detailed client records and manage documentation
• Contribute to quality improvement and training activities
Requirements:
• Registered with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario
• A minimum of 3 years' experience in mental health
• Skilled in assessment, treatment, and ergonomics
• Solid problem-solving and communication abilities
• A vehicle for travel in Southwestern Ontario
