We are in search of a seasoned director to spearhead organizational change management initiatives. Your role will include designing and orchestrating comprehensive OCM strategies that emphasize cultural transformation and tooling adoption. With a robust focus on executive communication and bridge-building between technical and non-technical leaders, you will enhance engagement across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:



• Lead the design and execution of OCM strategies for technology projects • Develop capabilities through targeted training and engagement campaigns • Align change initiatives with organizational goals through leadership support • Redesign workflows by collaborating with Agile teams and partners • Analyze and report on effectiveness of change implementations
